SNEAK PREVIEW OF THIS YEARS HOMES:

Charming and pristine in-town Victorian dating from 1886 remains authentic to the era with original "pocket" doors, electrified gaslight in foyer, newly authentically adapted wallpaper and restored staircase. The home is furnished throughout with excellent examples of Stickley furniture and rugs.

Fabulous Queen Anne Victorian mansion, circa. 1893, in Van Wyck Brooks Historic District, exhibits a refined epoch when the area was known as "Millionaires Row." A recent massive restoration has returned this stately mansion to its original splendor Lovingly and authentically restored and includes stained glass windows, marble mosaic fireplaces, parquet floors and natural woodwork throughout.

Newer construction contemporary. Eclectic decor is backdrop to a variety of collections including an etagere laden with MacKenzie Childs curiosities. An exquisite heirloom piano is central to the living room whose woodwork has been glazed. Coffered ceiling rises above British imported dining room furniture.

Stylish traditional residence surrounded by a stand-out brick serpentine wall circa 1950s. Sophisticated design is evident throughout including palette, fabrics and especially the choice of artwork. Imaginative family gathering room with contiguous kitchen includes "library-style" built-ins.

Jazz Age mansion done in a grand architectural style with soaring coffered ceilings and one-of-a-kind design elements to delight the beholder. Subtleties include designer chandeliers, hand painted wall coverings, master bedroom with galley-style kitchen and a surprise "speakeasy." Fully equipped micro-brewery and game room in basement.
